ABOUT THE ENVIROMENTAL RISK REPORT

The Environmental Risk report provides significant environmental hazard information reported from States and Federal Environmental Protective Agencies (EPA). The data provided in this report is intended for those who are interested to know what known or suspected environmental hazards sites, if any, are located near a specific property of their interest. Such pre-knowledge may have a direct impact on their future quality of life and property value.

This report contains a list of some of the hazardous and potential hazardous sites that may exist within half-mile radius of the subject property and that are reported by state or federal agencies. The report is not meant to be all-inclusive as some hazardous materials are found on or in the property itself (Such as asbestos, formaldehyde, radon, etc…). These hazards can only be determined through the seller's disclosure or physical inspection of the property by a skilled professional.
